Back in 2021, we introduced the option of customized flat-rate pricing for some of our services. Hourly rates are still available for those who prefer that method. Like many law firms, we invoice hourly cases in 6-minute increments and bill against retainers placed in our trust account prior to beginning work.
As of 8/31/21, Colorado stopped requiring licensing for private investigators. As of summer, 2025, Colorado still does not require its private investigators to be licensed. To demonstrate veracity to our current and future clients, we maintain memberships in state and national investigator associations. We also train attorneys and other investigators in Colorado and across the western United States.
